About Us

Cat and Daniel created Still Life Acupuncture to improve the quality of life of their community members through acupuncture and non-invasive, pain-reducing therapies. Helping others feel their best, both physically and mentally is what motivates this team. They were inspired to name the practice Still Life Acupuncture to honor Daniel’s mom, Luba Stolper, a world-renowned still life artist. Her paintings can be seen throughout the clinic.

Licensed Acupuncturist & Massage Therapist

Daniel began his career in bodywork in 2010. After seeing his mom’s chronic back pain improve from a combination of acupuncture & massage therapy, Daniel decided to expand his knowledge of bodywork and specialized non-invasive therapies to reduce pain and discomfort. He obtained his Master's in Oriental Medicine from the Acupuncture & Integrative Medicine College of Berkeley and is a licensed acupuncturist. His specialties include pain reduction, pain management, mental health, and physical wellness. Daniel grew up in Santa Rosa and enjoys all the natural beauty Sonoma County has to offer. In his free time, you can find him fishing on the lake in his kayak.

Cat Senet

Portrait of Business and Clinic Director, Cat Senet

Cat grew up in San Luis Obispo, CA, and graduated from Cal Poly, SLO as a business major with an entrepreneurship concentration. She worked for several local businesses running concerts in SLO, and developing her culinary skills as a pastry chef. To balance her love of sweet treats, Cat became a personal trainer. She found great satisfaction in helping others reach their goals as she did her own. Cat earned her MBA in Executive Leadership from Sonoma State University and spent several years managing cannabis events and finance operations, but did not feel the satisfaction that comes from helping others improve their well-being.

Cat loves comedy, concerts, hiking, caring for her plants (you may see a few at the clinic), cooking, baking, traveling, and learning new skills.
